About HKSR

HKSRA was launched in January 2023 as a joint, collaborative effort to restore seagrasses in Hong Kong.

During this first year, we will develop baseline information regarding seagrasses and carbon stocks. This information will assist our plans for restoring seagrasses in Hong Kong and the services they provide, particularly in terms of blue carbon.
